Ce film d'animation sera une histoire originale. L'histoire nous entraîne dans le quotidien de Ichika Hoshino, une lycéenne et musicienne de rue, qui rencontre une version différente de Hatsune Miku après avoir entendu une nouvelle chanson de Miku dans un magasin de CD. Cette Miku a du mal à se connecter à son public alors elle décide d'unir ses forces avec Ichika pour toucher le cœur des gens à travers leur musique.
